With Christmas right around the corner I have decided to share some of my all time favorite Amazon purchases! Whether you are shopping for yourself or a loved one, this list includes items from all around my home that I use at least once a week to make life easier.
Calphalon Nonstick Bakeware Set
Shopping for a baker this year? I was gifted this bakeware set last year and I am absolutely in love! The variety of sizes means I have the perfect pan for nearly everything. I use the 12×17″ sheet pan at least a few times a week. The 9×13″ cake pan comes with a lid, which makes storing your treats super easy. I also love that I can toss them in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
Carey Electric Pressure Canner
For the one with the tiny kitchen. I’m a huge fan of multi-functional items and this is one of the best. I primarily use the pressure canning function for preserving and meal prep, but it has so much more to offer. I works wonderfully as a water bath canner without taking up a spot on your stovetop, or a huge pot in the cupboard. The pressure cooking function makes a fast and easy dinner and the slow cooker setting allows you to simmer bone broth overnight.
For the kitchen multitasker or one who wants to cook from scratch but has no time. This blender changed the way I make so many things. I absolutely love the set and forget style! Toss all of your raw ingredients in (yes, even the meat) and have soup ready in 30 minutes. Or roughly chop apples to have them cooked and blended into a smooth applesauce before they go to waste. The possibilities with this machine are endless, from ice cream to alfredo sauce to hot chocolate and even cocktails. And I can’t forget to mention…it cleans itself!
My bread maker runs nearly every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times in a day. We enjoy a variety of homemade breads from the recipe book that is included as well as some recipes I have developed. The dough setting makes it easy to have homemade buns, cinnamon rolls, pretzels, and breadsticks that don’t require any kneading. There are also settings for pasta, jams, and more.
This is super versatile! I have 2 of these that I use all the time. Have an adventurer on your list that would like to dehydrate and prep their own backpacking meals? Or maybe a hunter that would like to make their own jerky? Or the gardener or gatherer that could use this to preserve their harvest? Or maybe you would like to have this tool to create healthy, minimally processed fruit snacks for your family. I regularly use my dehydrators to make all of these things and more!
If you have to carry firewood any distance, this is a game changer. Gone are the days of loading up your arm and getting covered in wood chips, dropping pieces along the way, and making way too many trips. By simply laying this carrier flat, stacking up the wood, and then lifting with the handles at each end you can carry more firewood with less effort and less mess.
This was super helpful for me this foraging season. Each layer has plenty of room and is completely separate from the others, allowing you to load each layer with different items. I was able to hang this outside on nice days and inside on the rainy days. It folds up easily for storage and can be tucked away almost anywhere.
This is such a fun one! A continuous slide show of all your favorite memories. The app makes it easy to instantly add new photos and videos directly from your phone. Share your frame’s code with others so they can add to your frame as well. My grandparents and parents have these frames and I can add new photos to all of ours at the same time.
