Turmeric Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup turmeric 8 parts
  • 1/4 cup ginger 4 parts
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon 2 parts
  • 1 tbsp black pepper 1 part

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients. Store in a sealed jar or container.
  • To make tea: add approximately 1 tsp of the tea mixture to 1 cup of hot milk or water (this can be done with a tea bag or directly in the liquid). Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener.
