Chia Seed Jam
A quick, easy, and nutrient-packed jam you'll love!
- 2 cups fruit, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- sweetener (optional)
Cook fruit over low-medium heat until soft.
Mash until desired consistency is reached. If you wish to have a smoother consistency, you can use a blender.
Add chia seeds and sweetener.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer to container to cool. Jam will thicken as it cools.
Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
