Chia Seed Jam

A quick, easy, and nutrient-packed jam you'll love!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • sweetener (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook fruit over low-medium heat until soft.
  2. Mash until desired consistency is reached. If you wish to have a smoother consistency, you can use a blender.
  3. Add chia seeds and sweetener.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer to container to cool. Jam will thicken as it cools.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
