Chia Seed Jam

A quick, easy, and nutrient-packed jam you'll love!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • sweetener (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook fruit over low-medium heat until soft.
  • Mash until desired consistency is reached. If you wish to have a smoother consistency, you can use a blender.
  • Add chia seeds and sweetener.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer to container to cool. Jam will thicken as it cools.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
