Ingredients

soy sauce

brown sugar

honey

garlic
fresh, minced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Notes
For a thicker sauce:
Add a slurry of 2 tbsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup water after the cooking time.
After adding the slurry, continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
If using powdered ginger and garlic, reduce to half the amount.
