Ingredients
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Fill pint jars to 1 1/2” headspace with hot teriyaki sauce.
- Wipe rims with vinegar, place lids and tighten finger tight.
- Water bath jars for 20 minutes.
- Remove jars from bath and allow to cool completely. Once cool, remove rings for storage.
Notes
- If using powdered ginger and garlic, reduce to half the amount.
